Comparision of our Salary with CWC Employee of Same Grade:-

Here we will try to compare the our salary with CWC Employee as CWC is our Sister Organisation and we used to have similiar Scales.
In CWC Cat-3 Staff also getting 40% Fringe Benifits
JR. Assistant Salary in CWC:-

Basic Pay-10500/-
DA-(As on 01.01.2017)-(119.5%)- 12632/-
40% Fringe Benifits:- 4200/-
HRA-1050/-
Total Gross Salary:-28382/-

This is Gross Salary of a Freshly Recruited Assistant in CWC.
Pay Slip of New Joinee CWC Junior Assitant 



While Salary of Newly Recruited Assistant in FCI

Basic Pay:-9300/-
DA-119.5%=11113/-
Lunch Subsidy:-300/-
HRA:-930/-
Tr. Allow:-495/-

Total Gross Salary of AG-III=22138/-

Total Difference=28382=22138=6244/-

We are not Comparing our salary with rest of PSU's because in other PSU they got Standard Scales which Starts and thier minimum Basic in Wage Revision 2007 was 12600/- and the difference of salary is very high.

  1. Our most awaiting major demands is 40.% Cafeteria approch which directly push our salary.
    (2) Then we should focus on lease accommodation facility as per current rental structure. Indirect benefit we can achieve not more tough its our genuine demand.
    (3) five year wage revision policy like banks and CWC should be implemented in FCI.
    (4) Hike in Tour allowance, Daily allowance, Transfer grant, OTA allowance.
    (5) Special Mandi allowance extra to tour should be given.
    (6) Three year stagnation increament system also incorporated in category three.
    (7) Annual increament should be 5% instead of current 3%. On regular promotion two increament should be given instead of current one.

  3. The staffs of FCI are always neglected. Don't know why.. That is perhaps one of the reasons why new recruiters are not eager to join in FCI. The Perception of people are changing now a days. FCI has been loosing its name and fame due to these issues and still they expect us to serve dedicately. It is really difficult for our part to maintain our family with a mere 20k net salary and even the labours have higher pay than a new joinee category 3 employee. The government is not showing that much of eagerness towards us. We have been betrayed for years. Hope this era will come to an end in the latest Pay revision.

  4. The job responsibilities are increasing like hell with almost 3-4 times work as compared to previous and and having less man power to handle all these operations. But we are working honestly and giving our more than 100% efforts. Still our dedication is not that much eye catching due to cheap politics or what I don't know. But we are neglected for sure and that is one way that we have to be united for our good self else we will be vanish in the long run.
