It will be better to demand leased accommodation as well in this wage revision, because in the present scenario for x category city for a person having 9300 basic getting only (10%) 930 but he is actually paying 4000 so rs 3000 is paid for rent from the salary which is huge amount in our 20,000 salary
ReplyDeleteI agrree with u bro
DeleteWe want lease accomodation like as managers
First way of fixing basic I.e standard basic 30000 would be a good demand
ReplyDeleteLease accommodation must be provided in this wage revision & OPD facility to be included instead of fixed Quarterly Medical Allowance.
ReplyDeleteYes lease accommodation must be provided
DeleteVrey well brother
DeleteWhy bp of 31.12.2016 & da of 1.1.2016 for calculation of 15% fitment benefit.
ReplyDeletewe should get our representation in the discussion. the so called unions are good for nothing. they are concentrating more on Category 1 and 2 employees as far as i know.
ReplyDeleteAlso we must not go back from the demand for inclusion of 35% fringe benefit also.
What is the present status of wage negotiations
ReplyDeleteWhy is there no activity on this blog as of now... i was happy to see that something like this existed but its high time that we all should start demanding our revised pay scales when category 2 & 1 has started getting arrears as well n we are still awaiting the start of negotiations for wage revision.
